Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

Access to the Platform is limited to individuals who are 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and who reside in a location where participation in free-to-play sweepstakes promotions is lawful. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, and it is your responsibility to confirm that use of the Platform is permitted where you live before you register.

By creating an account, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you, and that you are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company or its affiliates. The Company may request identity or age verification documents at any time, including before approving a Sweeps Coin redemption, and may suspend an account pending satisfactory verification. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of this sweepstakes site policy and may result in forfeiture of Sweeps Coins associated with the account.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are virtual, revocable, non-transferable tokens licensed to you for entertainment purposes on the Platform. They are not property or currency, ownership never transfers to you, and Gold Coins have no cash value under any circumstance.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry mechanism that may be redeemable for prizes where eligible, subject to the redemption thresholds, verification steps, and processing timelines described in these Terms and any applicable promotion rules. Redemption is never guaranteed and remains subject to review, including checks for eligibility, account standing, and compliance with this sweepstakes site policy. The license granted to use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins is personal to your account and terminates automatically if your account is closed, suspended, or found in breach of these Terms.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it, and you agree to notify the Company promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Each individual may maintain only one account, and duplicate or shared accounts may be merged, limited, or closed at the Company’s discretion. You may not permit another person to access or use your account, and you may not transfer your account or any associated tokens to another individual. You are also responsible for keeping your profile information current, including your name, address, date of birth, and contact details, since inaccurate information can delay or prevent a redemption request.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, multiple accounts, or any other automated or deceptive means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or coordinate with other players to circumvent promotion limits is strictly prohibited.

The Company actively monitors for fraud, collusion, identity misrepresentation, payment abuse, and other prohibited activity, and reserves the right to withhold Sweeps Coin redemptions while an investigation is underway. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activity may be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated Sweeps Coins may be forfeited, at the Company’s sole discretion following investigation.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All trademarks, graphics, game titles, software, and other content available on the Platform are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform or its content.

If you submit feedback, reviews, forum posts, or other contributions to the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that contribution in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that any contribution you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission from the Company.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or events outside the Company’s reasonable control. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Platform.

In the event of a verified technical error affecting game results, token balances, or promotion entries, the Company reserves the right to void affected entries, correct balances, or take other reasonable corrective action. The Company is not liable for any loss of access, delayed redemption, or interrupted gameplay resulting from a system outage, and where a disruption affects a specific promotion, the Company may extend, reschedule, or cancel that promotion.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Company’s total aggregate liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the value of Sweeps Coins actually redeemed by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, where permitted by applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms.

Termination and General Provisions

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting player support, and closure will not affect obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any provision found invalid or unenforceable will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform, and no waiver of any provision of this sweepstakes site policy will be considered a continuing waiver of that or any other provision.
